Of course, other areas will have yellow bar enemies, as well as certain Strikes. The Dreaming City will have plenty, especially if you tackle missions and public events. These are essentially Taken enemies with yellow bars, and tend to be rarer and more difficult than regular enemies. Once you have started, visit the Drifter (like any other Exotic quest, there is a vendor attached you must visit between steps) who will then tell you to defeat 25 Taken bosses or mini-bosses. This was even more difficult on the mode's debut, which saw the Ascendant Primeval Servitor spawn tied to The Dreaming City curse cycle, but with mechanics changing over time, all you now need to do is win a Gambit match to get the quest underway. The Ascendant Primeval Servitor previously guarded the way to starting the Malfeasance quest. Previously, this involved playing Gambit matches until a Ascendant Primeval Servitor appeared - which required a dose of luck - and then also winning the match. Since the arrival of the Witch Queen in Year 5, starting the Malfeasance quest is much easier - requiring you now kill one Primeval in a Gambit match (in other words, winning the match). Thanks to Arekkz for explaining the above steps, which you can view in more detail below: Getting the Destiny 2's Malfeasance step-by-step and how to spawn Ascendant Primeval Servitor
